Timothy Leo Cook Sr.

Houston-Timothy Cook Sr. left his earthly home on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born October 14, 1953 to Earle Woodrow Cook and Laverne Staten Cook in Vardaman, MS.

Mr. Cook was a retired laborer after working many years with Union Camp and was the custodian for Ellzey Cemetery in Vardaman, MS.

A Graveside service will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 11 AM at Ellzey Cemetery in Vardaman, MS with Bro. Johnny Cherry officiating and graveside visitation 30 minutes prior to service.

Pallbearers will be Jordan Cook, Cullen Cook, Carson Cook, Isaac Newman, Richard Foster, Dannie Foster and John T. Hamilton.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve Pearson, David Gene Walters, Eddie Neal, Jimmy Higginbotham and Danny Higginbotham.

Mr. Tim is survived by his son, Tim Cook Jr. (Brandy) of Ackerman, MS; One sister, Mary jo Moore of Houston, Ms; Two Brothers Ronnie Cook (Vickie) of Fulton, MS and Thomas Guest of Madison, MS; Two Grandchildren, Lindsay Newman (Isaac) and Jordan Cook (Mari); and two Great-Grandchildren, Jonah Newman and Owen Newman.

He was proceeded in death by his Parents Earle Woodrow and Laverne Cook and one brother Jimmy Cook.
