SANFORD, RALPH DAVID - 61, of Mantee, a retired truck driver and member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, died at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.Visitation is scheduled for 5-7 PM Friday, July 8, at Houston Funeral Home, located at 443 South Jackson St. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, July 9, at Houston Funeral Home. Rev. Charles E. Pepper will officiate. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Mantee. He is survived by his wife, Louise Kirby Sanford of Mantee; his daughters and their husbands, Beverly and Johnny Burton of Mantee, and Emily and Anthony Haire of Vardaman; his grandchildren, Conner Burton, Courtney Burton, Dustin Sanford, Tyler Haire, and Lexi Haire; his sister, Kathy and Russell Forrester of Mantee; his brother, Billy and Pam Sanford of Mantee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Lee Sanford and Betty Louise Stout Sanford, and his grandson, Clayton Burton.
