Peggy Malone

Florence- Ms. Peggy Jo Lamb Malone, 72, passed away on a Sunday, October 4, 2020 at her sons' residence in Florence, Mississippi. She was born in Lambert, Mississippi on November 27, 1947 to Estus Lamb and Ela Reed Lamb. She was a retired Accountant for the Mississippi Department of Revenue and a member of Central Baptist Church in Byram, Mississippi.

Graveside Services will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Gerald Whittington officiating.

Burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Houlka Mississippi.

Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Ms. Malone is survived by her son, Robert Malone and his fiancé Krista Roach of Florence; her grandchildren, Ryder Robertson (8), Kailee Robertson (9), Joanna Karras (22), Mary Evelyn Kent (17) and Mia Kent (14); her former husband, Robert Malone and his daughter, Stacy Voss of Fort Worth, TX.

Ms. Malone is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Tommy Lamb, Jimmy Lamb, William Estus Lamb, and Buddy Lamb; and her sisters, Evelyn Wolf, and Doris Miller.
