Formally of Houlka- Peggy Yvonne Reid Clopton, 80, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Pontotoc Health and Rehab in Pontotoc, MS. She was born on November 22,1937 in Chickasaw County, Mississippi to Herman Reid and Lillie Naomi Aston Reid. She was a retired office worker for Leggett and Platt.

The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, Mississippi with Rev. David Blackwell officiating.

Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Houlka, MS.

Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her daughter, Yvonne (Johnny) Ray of Tupelo, MS., her son, Thomas McNeil of Bruce, MS., her brother, Jimmie Reid of Huntsville, AL., and one grandson, Jeremy Ray.

Mrs. Clopton is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Monday, February 5, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, Mississippi.
