Houston- Mrs. Mary Ruth Andrews Criddle Young, 83, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020 at her home in Houston, Mississippi. She was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on March 6, 1937 to William Frank Andrews and Mary Ellen Weeks. She was a retired self employed newspaper editor and member of Arbor Grove Baptist Church in Houston, Mississippi.

Burial will be at Arbor Grove Cemetery in Houston, Mississippi.

Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Young is survived by her husband, Willis Young of Houston; a son, William "Bill" (Vickie) Criddle of Petal; a sister, Patsy Christine (Christopher) Rybka of Palos Hills, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Joseph Criddle, Timothy Bryan Criddle, Traci Hope Criddle Donnelly, and Jeremy Robert Criddle.

Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, and 6 sisters.

A Private Graveside Services will be at Arbor Grove Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 29, 2020 in Houston.
