Marlon Lancaster

Houlka- Mr. Marlon Allie Lancaster, 76, passed away on February 8, 2022, at North Mississippi Medical Center- Gilmore Amory in Amory, Mississippi. Mr. Lancaster was born on March 1, 1945, in Chickasaw County, Mississippi to Allie Henard Lancaster and Burlie Pearl Harden Lancaster. He was a bender for Babcock & Wilcock for 36 years. Mr. Lancaster served as a veteran of the United States National Guard for 30 years. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Woodland, MS.

Funeral Services will be held at Houston Funeral Home in Houston on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Scott Samuel and Bro. Cody Childress officiating.

Visitation will be held at Houston Funeral Home in Houston on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 5 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.

Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Houlka, Mississippi.

Mr. Lancaster is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sarah Lancaster of Houlka; his daughters, Laurie Ann Williams of Houlka, and Lisa Marie Lancaster of Houlka; his two grandsons, Kirkland Williams and Kolton Williams and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lancaster is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Sammy Lancaster and his sister, Barbara Walters.

Pallbearers will be Darrin Vance, Keith Whitt, Dennis Washington, Matthew Reeves, Mark Hancock, and Garett Vance.

Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons.
