Whitt, Mark Steven - 54 of Houston, a disabled contrustion worker, died at his home in Houston on Thursday , Feburary 23.Visitation is scheduled for Friday , February 24th from 5-7 p.m. at Houston Funeral Homeand from 1 untill 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, February 25th, at Arbor Grove Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Jonathan Childress and Rev. Jim Ray. Burial will be at Abor Grove Cemetery. Memorial Donations made to to Arbor Grove Baptist Church, 883 Cr 93, Houston, Ms.38851. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Joanne Epting Whitt and his grandson, Damian Cooper, whom he raised as his own; his mother Martha Lancaster of Woodland, his daughters, Tiffani and Dewayne Evans of Starkville and Jennifer Whitt of Woodland; his sister, Sherry and William Carter of Kentucky; his Nieces, Katie and Megan Carter; his step-sisters, Judy Lancaster and Pat and Lewis Easter and his step-brother, Mark Lancaster all of Woodland.
