Collums, Lozelle Kirkpatrick - 85, of Houlka, a retired LPN, died Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at NMMC in Pontotoc.Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 21, 2012, from 12:00 Noon until the 2:00 PM funeral service time at Houlka First Baptist Church.Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at 2:00 PM, at Houlka First Baptist Church with Rev. David Blackwell officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Houlka. Survivors include her daughters, Debbie and Robert Walls of Houlka, Beverly Clark of Pontotoc; her son, Gary and Mary Ann Collums of Houlka; her sisters, Elaine Brown of Houlka, Lelia Faye Davis of GA, Nettie Henry of Pontotoc; her grandchildren, Amy and Bill Linley, Angie and Richard Rudasill, Kellie Clark, Katie Clark, Brennan Clark, Phillip Collums, Jacob Collums, Jessie Collums, Carrie Walls, Susan Walls; her great-grandchildren, Spencer Rudasill, Austin Ash, Nathan Rudasill, Andrew Ash, Shelby Linley, Matthew Rudasill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. Webb Collums, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Alex Ash and Meagan Rudasill; her three brothers and two sisters.
