Obituary

Clemons, Kenneth - Houston Kenneth Estol Clemons, 81, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born May 26, 1934 in Marvel, AR to Charles Christopher Clemons and Lillian Desiree McCluskey. He was a retired truck driver for Franklin and former manager of Coleman BBQ. He was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Houston. Kenneth was also an Air Force Veteran. His grandchildren were the loves of his life.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 10:00 AM at First Pentecostal Church in Houston with Rev. Kenneth Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Houston.
Houston Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two sons, Kenny (Kay) Clemons of Houston and Tony (Kim) Clemons of Smyrna, TN; Grandchildren, Jordan (Brooke) Clemons of Nettleton, Alex Clemons and Evan Clemons of Smyrna, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lola Rodgers Clemons; brother, Esker Long; and sister, Lorene Thornton.
Pallbearers are Buddy Dye, Mark Thornton, Marion Long, Jordan Clemons, Alex Clemons, and Evan Clemons.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at First Pentecostal Church in Houston.
