Clark, Joseph - Houlka Joseph Perry Joe Clark, 87, died Saturday, November 22, 2014, at his home in Houlka.
He was born January 18, 1927, in Calhoun County to Joseph Lee Clark and Ellie Gertrude Morgan Clark. He was a telephone repairman for AT&T and Bellsouth.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at 2:00 pm at Houston Funeral Home in Houston with Rev. Brian Gann and David Grimes officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Cemetery in Vardaman. Houston Funeral Home of Houston is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his daughter, Dianne (David) Grimes of Zellwood, FL; his son, James Clark of Houlka; his grandchildren, Keith Grimes of Oregon and Kimberly Hayes of Orlando, FL; his great-grandchildren, Rhett Hayes and Roni Hayes; his sisters, Amyree Lucius of Houston, Earlene Linton of Horn Lake, and Ethel Hinton of Houlka; his brother, Wayne Clark of Houlka.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Thelma Rhee Tallent Clark.
Visitation is Wednesday, November 26, 2014, from 1:00 pm until the funeral service at 2:00 pm at Houston Funeral Home.
