Weaver, John Daniel - 52, of Woodland, an employee of Trace Industries, died at Community Hospice in Verona on Friday, October 14, 2011.Visitation is scheduled for 5:00-7:00 PM, Saturday, October 15, 2011, and on Sunday from Noon until 2:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Houston Funeral Home with John Dendy, Dr. Randy Rinehart and Rev. Michael Holcomb officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Woodland. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Weaver of Woodland; his mother, Sarah Ann "Chicken" Miller Moore and her husband, John A. "Pap" Moore of Houston; his father, Johnny Mack Weaver and wife, Elizabeth Weaver of Houston; two daughters, Kimberly Uhiren of Woodland, and Katie and Justin Miller of Woodland; his grandchildren, Britney Holt, Heather Holt, Blake Uhiren, and Kaylee Grace Miller; his sister, Julie Kate Hollingsworth and her husband, Jeff Hollingsworth of Houston; his brother, Jeff "Redman" Weaver and his wife, Kathy Weaver of Woodland; his step-brothers and step-sisters, Ricky Moore, Tim Moore, Ann Moore Smith, Lynn Sullivan, Helen Tabb, Tyrell Davis, Hamp Hollingsworth, and Robbie Hollingsworth.
