Obituary
John Doyle Kirkpatrick Jr., 60, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven, Mississippi. He was born April 29, 1958 in Houston, Mississippi to John Doyle Kirkpatrick Sr. and Sylvia Carolyn Saxon Kirkpatrick. He was a business salesman. He was an avid golfer and a loyal Ole Miss Sports fan. He enjoys spending time with his children and catching up with friends and family.
He is survived by his daughters, Mart ha Kirkpatrick of Cordova, Tennessee, and Haley Kirkpatrick of Cordova, Tennessee.; his son, John Doyle "Trey" Kirkpatrick III of Collierville, Tennessee.; one brother, Carroll (Lori) Kirkpatrick of Germantown, Tennessee.; and one niece, Katie Kirkpatrick.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one uncle, Glen Saxon.
Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, Mississippi.
Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
A Graveside Services will be 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Chickasaw Memorial Gardens with Rev. Johnny Cherry officiating.
Pallbearers will be Dewitt Moore, Dwayne Jackson, Mike Langley, Eddie Lancaster, Mark Bray, Mike Pearson, Justin Teasley, and Eddie Powell.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Kenneth Moore and Tom Powell.
Burial will be at Chickasaw Memorial Gardens in Houston, Mississippi.
