Mildred Josephine "Jo" Collums Hill Bullard, 82, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at her home in Woodland, MS. She was born on September 20, 1936 in Calhoun County, Mississippi to Forrest Web Collums and Allie Mae Criddle Collums. She was a retired business owner of Woodland Furniture, a member of Woodland Baptist Church, Alderwoman for her beloved town of Woodland, a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Funeral Service for Ms. Jo Bullard will be 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Woodland Baptist Church in Woodland, MS with Rev. Steve Griffin and Rev. John Dendy officiating.

Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements for Ms. Bullard.

Survivors include her Husband of 48 years, Mr. Henry Bullard of Woodland, MS., her daughters, Patti (James) Pettit of Woodland, MS., and Talitha (David) Hudson of Woodland, MS., her son, Jeff Hill of Montpelier, MS., her step-daughter, Gail (Wade) Ward of Columbus, MS., her step-son, Steve (Gail) Bullard of Maben, MS., her sisters, Grace Clark of Woodland, MS., and Marika (Tim) Kunder of Breman, Indiana, her brothers, Dub (Wanda) Collums of Houston, MS., and Danny (Carolyn) Coleman of Fulton, MS., her grandchildren, Caleb (Jessica) Naron, Larry Watkins, Jessica (Bryan) Nichols, Cheyenne Watkins, Alaina (Will Corben) Rodgers, Landon Hill, Patrick Hudson, Sandy (Alex) Swindle, Holly Hudson, Millie Hudson, Henry David Hudson, Chance Hudson, Miranda Hudson, McKayla Miller and Miranda Miller. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Cohen Naron, Wyatt Nichols, Ben Naron, Noah Hudson, McKinley Swindle, and Waylon Swindle.

Ms. Bullard is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Faye (Willie Ed) Thompson, Nell Faulk, Burnetta Patterson, Marie (Charles) Long, and Regina Burgess.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home, Mississippi and from 12:00 P.M. until time of service on Thursday, October 8, 2018 at Woodland Baptist Church in Woodland, Mississippi.
