Jimmy Forrester
Fulton- Formerly of Houston & Eupora- Mr. Jimmy Earl Forrester, 78, passed away on January 8, 2022, at The Meadows in Fulton, Mississippi. Mr. Forrester was born on January 10, 1943, in Webster County, MS to Luther Howard Forrester and Hazel Laverne Dalton. He was a retired radio and television host, a photographer, a Deputy Sherriff for Webster County Sheriff's Office, and worked as security personnel at Mississippi State University. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Fulton, Mississippi.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 3:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, MS with Rev. Steve Griffin and Rev. David Haynes officiating.
Visitation will be on January 11, 2022, at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, MS from 2:00 P.M. until service time at 3:00 P.M.
Burial will be at Wake Forrest Cemetery in Dancy, Mississippi.
Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Forrester is survived by his sister, Dee (Haven) Ellison of Fulton, MS; his brother, Larry (Janis) Forrester of Memphis, TN; his three grandchildren, Rhiannon (Peter) Martinez, Peyton (Jordanna) Forrester and Haley Forrester; his five nieces, Alesha (Greg) Turner, Amanda Ellison, Amy (Zach) Rhyne, Rebecca (John) Harber, and Christy Updegrave, and his three nephews, Charlie (Becky) Forrester, Ben (Dayna) Forrester, and Sam (Danielle) Forrester.
Mr. Forrester is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Randall K. Forrester, and his son, Randall Eric Forrester.
Pallbearers will be Zach Rhyne, Greg Turner, John Harber, Peyton Forrester, Charlie Forrester, and Haven Ellison.
Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond Rowland and James Estes.
