McDaniel, Jimmie - Houston Jimmie Frances Carroll McDaniel, 89, passed away Saturday March 21, 2015 at her home in Houston. She was born July 28, 1925, in Eupora, MS to Elmer C. Carroll and Irene Partridge Carroll. She was a homemaker and a member of Parkway Baptist Church.
The funeral services will be held Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 2 pm at Parkway Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Rhinehart and Rev. Keith Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Chickasaw Memorial Gardens in Houston. Houston Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her daughters, Lalene Henry of Houston, Eva (Thomas) Howarth of Cleveland, MS; her sons, Andy (Betty) McDaniel of Houston, George (Gladys) McDaniel of Houston, Garland (Mary) McDanielof Houston, 19 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren and a special friend, Ann Davidson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gardner McDaniel and her son, Leo McDaniel.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation is Sunday, March 22, 2015from 12:30 pm to 2 pm service time at Parkway Baptist Church in Houston.
