Wiggs, Sr., Jim - Houlka Jim Burkett Jimbo Wiggs, Sr., 56, passed away November 9, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. He was born April 27, 1960 in Houlka, Mississippi to John Henry Wiggs and Lillie Frances Newell Wiggs. He was a farmer and factory worker.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Brown officiating.
Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Houlka, MS.
Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Joyce Warren Wiggs of Houlka, MS.; his mother, Lillie Frances Wiggs of Houlka, his two daughters; Brandie (Chad) Holcomb of Algoma, MS, Amber (Duane) Johnson of Houlka, MS, two sons; Jim B. (Airi) Wiggs, Jr. of Okinawa, Japan, and Christopher Fedrick of Houlka, MS.; seven sisters, Barbara (John) Stegall of Shreveport, LA, Jeannie (Willie) McVay of Houlka, MS., Janet (Tom) Harsin of Sheridan, TX., Debra Wiggs of Pontotoc, MS., Mary Jane (Randy) Mooneyham of Pontotoc, MS., Tina Stegall of Columbus, MS., and Donna Wiggs of Houlka. Three brothers; Billy Fred (Sherry) Wiggs, Sr. of Houlka, MS., Johnny Wayne Wiggs, Sr. of Houlka, MS., and Jerry Lynn Wiggs of Houlka, MS. He also is survived by eight grandchildren, Maddie Grace Holcomb, Dylan Coleman, Jim Wiggs III, Landon Wiggs, Emma Wiggs, Jaxon Wiggs, Chase Wiggs, and Ryder Henry Wiggs.
Jim Wiggs is preceded in death by his father, John Henry Wiggs, and his infant brother, Tommy Gene Wiggs.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Sunday, November 13, 2016 from 12:00 P.M. till 2:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home.
