Jerry "Peanut "Neal

Mooreville- Jerry Weaver "Peanut" Neal,70, passed away April 18, 2018, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. Mr. Neal was born on March 18, 1948 to Baron Neal and Modera Weaver Neal.

Mr. Neal was a salesman for Goodyear Tire Company and Firestone Tire Company and was also a Navy veteran where he served in the Vietnam War.

Funeral Services will be from 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, Mississippi.

Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Houston, Mississippi.

Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his daughter, Alexandria (Nicholas Oliver) Neal of Saltillo, MS., his son, Christopher (Shauna Lynn) Neal of Saltillo, MS., one sister, Norma Hurst of Tupelo, MS., three brothers, Johnny (Mary) Neal of New Albany, MS., Bobby (Grace) Neal of Taylorville, MS., and J.R. Neal of Ripley, MS., and four grandchildren, Josiah Neal, Emily Neal, Michael Neal and Lizzie Neal.

Jerry Neal is preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Douglas Neal, one sister, Emma Jean Wiggs and one brother, George "Squirrel" Neal Sr.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, on Saturday, April 21, 2018.
