Goines, James Howard - Pearl, MS James Howard Sonny Goines, 72, passed away June 5, 2016, at Jaquita Nursing Home, in Pearl, MS. He was born March 20, 1944 in Keiser, AR to Henry James Goines and Mattie Christine Card Goines.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 2 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Harmon officiating.
Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Eupora, MS
Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
He is survived by his sisters: Alice (Stanley) Watkins of Abbeville, MS, Ann Haire of Vardaman, MS and Edna Morrow of Vardaman, MS. His brothers: Dale Goines of Vardaman, MS and Jonny Goines of Pearl.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Mattie Christine Card Goines and Henry James Goines.
Pall Bearers will be Johnny Morrow, Michael Haire, Charles Morrow, and Jimmy Goines.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 7, 2016, from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, MS.
