Glenda Livingston

Houston- Glenda Lou Doss Livingston, 83, passed away on November 25, 2021, at her home in Houston, Mississippi. Mrs. Livingston was born on May 31, 1938, in Chickasaw County, Mississippi to James Lemuel Doss and Mary Vinnie Criddle Doss. She was a homemaker and a member of Houston First Baptist Church.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Houston Funeral Home in Houston from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at Houston Funeral Home in Houston, MS with Rev. Will Livingston officiating.

Burial will be at Chickasaw Memorial Gardens in Houston, MS.

Houston Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Livingston is survived by her daughters, Joy (Jamie) Earp of Houlka and Gail Pettit of Houston; her son, Anthony (Susie) Livingston of Pontotoc; her sister, Betty Nabors of Starkville; and her brother, Elkin Doss of Houston; her grandchildren, Derek (Dannielle) Earp, Dex (Amber) Earp, Hannah (Thomas) Griffin, Tabb (Richard) Driggers, Levi (Alex) Livingston, Alex (Allyssa) Livingston, Will (Laura Claire) Livingston, Taylor (Ross) Moore, Tina (Chad) Griffin, Paige (Chad) Gailor, and Lee (Paige) Witt; her 42 great-grandchildren with one on the way, and her 2 great-great grandchildren with another on the way. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Gene (Peggy) Livingston and a special caregiver and friend, Nikki McKiney.

Mrs. Livingston is preceded in death by her spouse, Don Livingston, her parents, her two brothers, and her sister, her mother and father-in-law, Roy (Dolly) Livingston; her brother-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Griffin, Richard Driggers, Alex Livingston, Levi Livingston, Derek Earp, and Dex Earp.
