Chambers, Evelyn Lancaster - 99 of New Orleans, , died in New Orleans, La. on Saturday, February 25th.Visitation is scheduled for 10 - 11 a.m. Tuesday , February 28th at Pleasant Ridge Baptist ChurchFuneral Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. ,Tuesday February 28th , at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Wendall Lancaster. Burial will be at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. She is survived by one son, Rick Chambers of New Orleans, and preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Chambers and her husband Henry S. Chambers, her sisters Miriam Ruscio, Jewell Jennings, Irma Small and Eunice House, and brothers Barksdale Lancaster, Metro Lancaster, Calvin Lancaster, Chris Lancaster, Owen Lancaster, and B.R. Lancaster.
