Edward House, age 78, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in Starkville, Ms. He was born in Houston, MS on July 3, 1945 to Thomas Eldridge House and Jewel Claire Collins House.

A Funeral service will be held, Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Houston Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery. Houston Funeral Home is honored to serve the House family.

Edward was a tireless worker. He retired from At&t where he worked many years as a telecommunications engineer. He was an expert craftsman in many fields. He was also an avid fisherman especially if it was crappie fishing. Edward also loved all animals. He never met one he didn't like but he had a special place in his heart for Luna. He will be missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Stephan House and one granddaughter, Madison House.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eldridge and Jewel House and his sister, Alice House.
