Vance, Curtis Lee - 81, of Mountain View, Arkansas, an industrial sewing machine mechanic for over 50 years, died at his home on Saturday, August 6, 2011.Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Houston Funeral Home. Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, August 10, at 10:00 AM, at Houston Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Scott Samuell and David Vance. Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Houston.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Washington Reeves Vance of Mountain View; his daughters, Peggy Vance Howard and husband, Robert of Conway, AR, Brenda Vance Burns and husband, Larry of Fairfield Bay, AR; his son, Jackie Vance and wife, Marshia of Fort Washington, MD; his daughter-in-law, Jacque Vance of Mountain View, AR; his step-daughter-in-law, Myra Reeves of Houston, MS; his seven grandchildren, Chris Howard & wife, Ilyse of Forrest City, AR, Tim Howard & wife, Angie of Conway, AR, Heather Vance Wallace & husband, Anthony of Valrico, FL, Amy Vance of Orlando, FL, Kyle Vance & wife, Bobbie of Mountain View, AR, Amber Vance Thomas & husband, Alex of Atlanta, GA, and Paul Vance & wife, Erin of Mountain View, AR; two step-grandsons, Jonathan Reeves & wife, Chris of Houston, MS, Matthew Reeves of Houston, MS; seven great-grandchildren; and his step-great-grandchildren.
