She was born January 21, 1990, in Amory, MS to Malcom Lawrence Houk, Jr. and Sherry Lynn Box Houk.
Services are Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Houston Funeral Home in Houston with Rev. George Collins and Rev. Jerry Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow at Old Montpelier Cemetery. Houston Funeral Home of Houston is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her parents, Malcom L. Houk, Jr. and Sherry L. Houk of Hamilton.; her fiancée, Frankie Wardlow of Houston; her daughter, Tytianna Wardlow of Houston; her grandmothers, Nancy Houk, of Houston, Earlene Brooks Colburn of Houston; her grandfather, Joe and Barbara Box of Houston; her sisters, Lena Griffin and Kevin of Houston, Patricia Houk of Hamilton; her brother, Dustin Morris of Hamilton; her aunts, Annie and Allen Barnett of Nettleton, Denice Kelley of Alabama, Maxine and Robert Robbins of Houston; her nephews, Austin Morris, Tyler Morris; her neice, Hailee Morris; and her cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Malcom Houk, Sr., James Durell Colburn; her uncle, Thomas Jr. Houk; her great grandmother, Annie E. Brooks; her great-grandfather, Kirkum A. Brooks; her cousin, Robert T. Robbins, Jr.
Pallbearers are Frankie Wardlow, Dustin Morris, Thomas Cohea, Kevin Griffin, Dewayne Griffin, Robert Robbins, Sr., Allen Wayne Taylor, Jimmy Langford, Dezi Hamilton, Allen Barnett .
