Houston-Cathie Ann Cook Paden, 66, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at her home in Houston, Mississippi. Cathie was born in Vardaman, Mississippi on May 30, 1953 to Thomas Gery Cook and Lillian Louise Dyer Cook. She was a homemaker

A Private Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.

Burial of her ashes will be also held at a later date.

Cathie Paden is survived by her two sisters, Beth Cook Nichols of Houston and Darlene Cook Clark of Houston; her sisters -in-law, Barbra (Lowery) Cook of Houston, Shirley (Hubert) Cook of Sumpter, South Carolina and Thelma Ann Paden Davis of Houlka; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Cathie Paden was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Raymond Austin Paden; two brothers, Gery Gene Cook and Thomas Carl Cook, and one son who died at birth.
