Higginbotham, Billy Joe - 69 of Houlka, a retired welder, died at the Sancturary Hospice House in Tupelo on Tuesday, March 13 .Visitation is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Thursday , March 15th at Houston Funeral HomeFuneral Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday , March 16th, at Houston Funeral Home, officiated by William Burdine . Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Josephine Peden Higginbotham of Houlka, his daughters; Beth and Bud Davis of Okolona and Nelda and Donnie Bell of Fulton, his son , B.J and wife Christy Higginbotham of Pontotoc , his sister Frances and Johnny Vance of Conway, Arkansas. he also leaves his grandchildren, Kristi White, Trey Davis, Dallas Davis, Savannah Davis, Paden Bell, Abbie Bell, Jeremiah Bell, Blake Hill and Eli Stallings.
