Tennyson, Betty - Houston Betty Sue Dunaway Tennyson, 78, passed away November 12, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. She was born July 9, 1938 in Corinth, Mississippi to Davis Dunaway and Ethel Watson Dunaway. She was a retired registered nurse for 32 years at Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA.
Memorial Service will be Monday, November 14, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Friendship Baptist Church in Thorn, MS with Rev. Gladwin Carpenter officiating.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Curtis Tennyson of Houston, two sons; Richard Leon (Belinda) Tennyson and Edward Curtis (Teresa) Tennyson, one sister; Anthony Cline Tennyson, and 4 grandchildren; Daniel, Hannah, Kayla, and Rachel Tennyson.
Betty Tennyson is preceded in death by her parents.
