Betty Floyd

Eupora- Betty Sue Harris Floyd, 72, passed away on September 19, 2021, at Webster Long Term Care in Eupora, MS. Mrs. Floyd was born in Fordyce, Arkansas on August 21, 1949, to Walter Whitman Harris and Dorothy Mae Dotson. She was a homemaker and a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Webster County.

Funeral Services will be on September 22, 2021, at Houston Funeral Home at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Buddy Pepper and Gene King officiating.

Visitation will be on September 22, 2021, at Houston Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M.

Burial will be a Crossroads Cemetery in Webster County, MS.

Betty Floyd is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Floyd (Jeff) Brady of Mantee; her sons, Roy  Whitman (Jennifer) Floyd of Mathiston, and William Clark Floyd of Pontotoc; her sisters, Shelia Clower of MD, Linda Hester of LA; and Shirley Bennet of MS; her brother, Tommy (Bobbie) Harris of MS; her grandchildren, Samantha Brady (Will) Robertson, Joshua (Meagan) Floyd, Mark (Ashley) Carrick, Chelsey (Austin) Bright, Devin Brady, Macie Fulgham, Harley Floyd, Hailey Floyd, Tyler (Morgan) Cole, Randy Cole, Timothy (Brittany) Galloway, Neal Gann and Tracey Bailey; her great-grandchildren, Stanley, Levi, Ryan, Ciara, James D., Kaiden, Rilynne, Millie Ruth, James, Gage, Cameron, Corbin, Scarlett, and Tristan.

Betty Floyd is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, James C. Floyd and her great-grandson, Richard. Gann.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Floyd, Mark Carrick, Randy Cole, Devin Brady, Austin Bright, Wilford M. Robertson, Stanley Clark, and James Henley Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers will be her great-grandsons.
