Harris, Addison - Mantee Addison Andy Harris, 81, died Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at his home in Mantee.
He was born June 4, 1933, in Houlka to Jack Griffin Harris and Lerah Amy Harris. He was a four year US Army Veteran, a 24 year US Navy Veteran, a self-employed farmer and a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.
The funeral service will be graveside at the Harris Family Cemetery on West Griffin Road in Mantee at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 27, 2014. Houston Funeral Home of Houston is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his sons, Joseph Tim (Marlena) Harris, Jack Marion Harris, Bruce Harris all of New Llano, LA; his sister, Mary Griffin Harris Fedrick of Mantee; his nieces, Martha (Jimmy) Tutor of Mantee, Mary Joyce Wiggs of Houlka; his nephew, James Fedrick of Houston; his grandchildren, Timothy Michael Harris, of Alexandria, MN, Shannon Daniell Harris of New Llano, LA, and Thomas Lee Harris of New Llano, LA.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until the graveside service at 4:00 pm at the Harris Family Cemetery.
